Return & Refund Policy

Endless (a product of OKRFI Inc.)

Thank you for choosing Endless. We want you to love your experience, but we also need policies that protect our brand, our intellectual property, and the integrity of our products.

By purchasing from Endless, you agree to the terms below.


1. Digital Products — Final Sale (No Returns, No Refunds)

All digital products—including downloads, printables, conversation cards, prompts, PDFs, and any digital content—are final sale.

Because digital products cannot be returned and intellectual property is immediately delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital purchases.

If you experience a download or access issue, email: support@okrfi.com and we will assist.


2. Physical Products — 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To qualify:

  • Product must be unopened

  • Product must be unused

  • Packaging must be intact and resellable

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order

Opened products cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to deny returns that show wear, damage, use, or tampering.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical product arrives damaged by the carrier, we will replace it at no cost once you provide:

  • A photo of the damaged item

  • A photo of the packaging

  • Proof of damage from the shipper (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx damage claim or carrier documentation)

  • The order number associated with the item

Damage caused by customers, third parties, or improper handling does not qualify.

If the damage is due to a manufacturing issue (rare), we will evaluate and replace at our discretion.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Digital products

  • Downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Opened or used physical items

  • Clearance or final sale items


5. Refunds (When Eligible)

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error

Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after we receive the returned item.


6. Exchanges

We only replace physical items that:

  • Arrived damaged (with proof)

  • Are defective (evaluated by our team)

We do not exchange opened or used products.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, OKRFI Inc. is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Mis-delivered packages due to incorrect shipping information

Customers must contact the carrier directly in these cases.

We do not refund or replace orders marked as delivered.


8. Intellectual Property Protection

All Endless content—digital and physical—is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Unlawful reproduction, reselling, distribution, or sharing of Endless content (digital or physical) is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to take action against misuse of our intellectual property.


9. How to Start a Return

Email support@okrfi.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond with next steps.
