Welcome to Endless, a product provided by OKRFI Inc. (“OKRFI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our website, content, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use.

1. Use of the Services

You may use Endless products for personal, non-commercial purposes only and must comply with all applicable laws.

You agree NOT to:

  • Misuse the Services

  • Copy, replicate, download, digitize, photograph, screenshot, or otherwise reproduce Endless products or content

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially use any Endless content or products

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or derive competing products

  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise our website or systems

  • Use Endless products or prompts as a substitute for professional advice

Any commercial use, resale, reproduction, sharing, or distribution is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time.

2. No Therapy, No Guarantees

Endless provides conversation prompts, relationship content, and entertainment tools only.

We do not provide:

  • Therapy

  • Counseling

  • Mental health services

  • Professional relationship guidance

  • Guaranteed results or relationship improvements

All use of Endless is voluntary and at your discretion.

3. Purchases & Payment

When you make a purchase, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing and shipping information

  • Allow OKRFI and third-party processors to charge the payment method provided

  • Accept that all prices, fees, and promotions may change at any time

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.
Return, refund, and exchange policies are posted on our website and may be updated at any time.

If an item is damaged or defective, contact support@okrfi.com.

5. Intellectual Property (Strict Protection & Enforcement)

All content, branding, graphics, text, illustrations, prompts, digital products, physical products, packaging, and designs associated with Endless are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
OKRFI Inc. retains all ownership rights.

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Digitize

  • Scan

  • Modify

  • Translate

  • Reverse engineer

  • Distribute

  • Upload

  • Sell

  • Resell

  • Republish

  • Commercialize

  • Make derivative works of

any Endless materials, whether physical or digital, without our prior written permission.

You further agree:

  • You may not share Endless content publicly or privately, including on social media, group chats, online forums, file-sharing sites, or resale marketplaces.

  • You may not reproduce Endless cards or printables for resale, commercial use, or distribution under any circumstances.

  • You may not upload Endless content (including scans or PDFs) to any digital platform.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property constitutes infringement.

Legal Enforcement Clause (New & Strong)

We reserve the right to:

  • Pursue civil damages

  • Seek injunctive relief

  • Recover legal fees and costs

  • Terminate access without refund

  • Initiate DMCA takedowns

  • Report counterfeit activity

for any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercial use, or infringement of Endless materials.

OKRFI Inc. aggressively protects its intellectual property and will take legal action where necessary.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit suggestions, ideas, comments, reviews, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant OKRFI Inc. a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use that Feedback for any purpose without compensation.

Feedback does not create any obligation for OKRFI.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers, fulfillment partners, and email service providers.
Your use of Endless may also be governed by their terms and policies.

OKRFI is not responsible for third-party services or their performance.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Services will be error-free or uninterrupted

  • Our products will achieve any relationship or personal outcomes

  • The content will meet your expectations

You use Endless at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

OKRFI Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OKRFI Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of our intellectual property

  • Your infringement of any third-party rights

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Revised versions will include a new “Effective Date.”
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
